AI Research GTM & Communications Manager

Pay Range: $120/hr - $125/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quarterly GTM roadmaps for internal and external research initiatives.
• Partner with regional and global Marketing teams to leverage existing campaigns and channels.
• Identify and execute unique marketing opportunities, including conferences and industry events.
• Own end-to-end execution of AI and research conference participation, including strategy, budgeting, and logistics.
• Define KPIs and success criteria for conferences, tracking performance and delivering post-event ROI analysis.
• Manage communications planning for major AI research milestones, coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Build reusable communication assets and ensure consistency across messaging and channels.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5+ years of experience in GTM, marketing, communications, or program management, preferably within B2B technology, AI/ML, or a research-driven organization.
• Proven experience owning event or conference marketing programs end-to-end.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and establish processes from the ground up.
• Familiarity with AI/ML research conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, KDD, CVPR, or similar events.
• Experience working with academic research programs or managing relationships with universities and research institutions.
• Background in AI/ML, technology, fintech, or another research-oriented industry.
• Experience developing conference strategies and technical marketing programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
