Join a high-trust commercial team helping pharma giants like Biogen and AstraZeneca accelerate clinical trials for genetically targeted medicines. You will bridge the gap between scientific research and enterprise sales, managing high-value outreach and complex proposals. This role features a structured 12-month track to move into a closing Account Executive position.

What you will do:

  • Generate qualified pipeline within enterprise pharma accounts using deep research, stakeholder mapping, and highly personalized outbound sequences.

  • Author technical scoping documents, pricing sheets, and scientific proposals that translate complex customer needs into actionable clinical trial delivery plans.

  • Master the MEDDPICC sales methodology and revenue intelligence tools like Gong and HubSpot to ensure rigorous qualification and clean forecasting data.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses strong scientific fluency with a background in Life Sciences (MSc/PhD or equivalent experience) to credibly engage VPs of Translational Science.

  • Has 2-4 years of B2B commercial experience, ideally within the pharma, biotech, or healthtech sectors, involving complex multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.

  • Demonstrates exceptional written communication skills for drafting high-stakes commercial documents and a genuine desire to master an AI-driven sales toolbox.
