Creative Writing & Content Expert (AI Community)

About the Role:

Do you love to write? At TELUS Digital, we are teaching AI to speak with the heart and nuance of a human. As a Writing Specialist, you are the "Voice" of the AI. Your job is to take robotic text and turn it into something that sounds natural, professional, and culturally relevant.

What You’ll Do (Simple Tasks):

• Creative Rewriting: Take a robotic AI response and rewrite it to be engaging, polite, and human.
• Grammar & Style Audit: Check AI text for perfect spelling, grammar, and a professional tone in your native language.
• Persona Synthesis: Teach the AI how to write in different styles—like a friendly customer service agent or a formal business professional.

Nuance Evaluation: Analyze AI-generated outputs to help improve its understanding of context and meaning.

Qualification path:

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature, Journalism, Communications Translators, or Linguistics.
• Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory to capture the "soul" of the language.

English Proficiency: Basic (B1) English to navigate our project guidelines.

Assessment:

In order to be hired into our community, you’ll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification.

Payment:

• Currently, pay rates for experts range from $10 - $35 USD per hour
• Our Payment terms are defined for each project.
