Job Description – Deep Neural Networks with AI Trainer / Instructor

Location: Chitkara University (On-campus)

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Deep Neural Networks with AI Trainer to mentor and train students in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts. The trainer will be responsible for delivering technical sessions, conducting hands-on workshops, reviewing projects, and preparing students for careers in AI and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training on AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Neural Networks.
• Teach core concepts including Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and Generative AI.
• Train students on model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Conduct coding exercises, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Guide students in building AI-driven projects and real-world applications.
• Review assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Support placement preparation through technical interviews, case studies, and project discussions.
• Track student progress and maintain training reports.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Knowledge of Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.
• Understanding of model optimization, evaluation metrics, and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps concepts is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for students.

Qualification

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA or equivalent.
• Freshers to 2 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
• Candidates with strong fundamentals, hands-on AI projects, internships, research work, or teaching experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Training freshers or college students.
• Building and deploying AI/ML models.
• Working on projects involving Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI, or Predictive Analytics.
• Conducting technical workshops, hackathons, or AI-focused learning programs.
