Why this role?
We’re looking to bring a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to join TwelveLabs’ quickly growing GTM team. This is a high impact, high visibility role combining elements of strategic partnership management and product marketing, you'll be instrumental in accelerating our growth through partner channels. As TwelveLabs revolutionizes how businesses understand and utilize video data with our foundation models, you'll create the bridge between our breakthrough technology and the partner ecosystem that can amplify our reach.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how our transformative AI is positioned, marketed, and sold through our strategic partners in hardware, hyperscalers, cloud platforms, systems integrators, and application providers.
A typical day at Twelve Labs for this role would look like this:
Partner Enablement & Education: Create comprehensive enablement programs and materials to ensure partners thoroughly understand Twelve Labs' video foundation models, their unique value propositions, and how they complement partner offerings
Content Creation & Management: Develop compelling partner-focused content including sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and training materials that articulate our value and drive partner engagement
Co-Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement joint marketing initiatives with partners, including webinars, events, conferences, and digital campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads
Partner Program Development: Support Partnerships leadership to define, document, and evolve our partner program structure, benefits, and requirements
Campaign Management: Conceive, plan and execute co-marketing campaigns that leverage partner channels to reach new audiences and drive adoption
Partner Success Measurement: Track and report on partner marketing initiatives using relevant metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure partners have access to the latest product information and technical resources
Industry Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the model landscape to ensure partner messaging addresses industry-specific challenges and opportunities
This role might be for you if you have some of the following:
5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or product marketing, preferably in high growth startups or mid-stage technology companies
Experience developing and executing co-marketing initiatives with infrastructure partners (cloud providers, data platforms) and application partners
Proven track record of creating compelling marketing content and enablement materials for technical products
Experience with partner management and marketing automation tools
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, learn rapidly, and adapt to changing priorities
Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Collaborative mindset with strong project management abilities and cross-functional leadership skills
Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, events, and conferences
