Hatch empowers sales and service teams to build AI agents that don’t merely assist behind the scenes; they interface directly with customers, elevating the customer experience while freeing up human agents for more impactful work.
Backed by Y Combinator and top-tier investors like Bessemer and NextView, we’re scaling fast, doubling revenue year over year, and constantly raising the bar for what it means to be category leader in AI for customer engagement.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging, enablement, and GTM strategy for Hatch, especially as we ramp up Voice AI awareness and adoption. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the center of sales, product, and customer success — and connects the dots between what we build, how we talk about it, and why it matters.
You’ll help the world understand what makes Hatch AI different (and better), while empowering both our team and our customers to succeed.
Hatch. Become an expert in Hatch and stay up to date on every enhancement because the product (and AI) excites you.
GTM. Own the narrative behind every feature release—big and small—partnering with Product to turn technical updates into user-focused stories and GTM assets.
Customer marketing. Keep customers engaged and informed on Hatch best practices and new features through webinars and newsletter emails that build a community around Hatch.
Sales enablement. Create and update sales enablement materials—both internal and external— battle cards, slide decks, objection handlers, and more.
Case studies. Interview customers and produce compelling case studies—both written and video.
Website. Keep our website copy and imagery fresh and bold.
AM support. Create persuasive collateral for EBRs, renewals, upsells, and save calls to reinforce value and drive expansion—including slide decks, one-pagers, and other tailored assets.
Internally market Hatch to strengthen belief in our product and mission and alignment across teams.
You have 5–7 years of experience in SaaS product marketing, ideally with an audience that isn’t entirely tech savvy

You don’t just concept out the story - you produce the content. Blog posts, videos, graphics, charts, slide decks.
Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Illustrator or figma,
You’re fluent in tools like ChatGPT or Claude and use them daily to supercharge your work.
You’re comfortable working with performance data — not as a data scientist, but as a storyteller. You know when (and how) to dig in for exact figures and when to zoom out and estimate to keep the story moving without losing the truth.

You care about your impact on revenue goals through sales, upsells, and retention.
You are excited by fast pace, full ownership, and working cross-functionally.
