Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end (E2E) delivery of our SW CRM++ & Sales Automation initiative. In this role, you will oversee complex delivery streams spanning Software Subscription Management platforms, cross-channel order/entitlement flows, and shared-platform coordination across multiple external vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on expertise with the WXP platform, a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar ($M+) budgets, and robust experience in enterprise-level sales automation.

Responsibilities:

• E2E Project Delivery: Drive the planning, execution, and closure of software delivery projects within the CRM++ and Sales Automation ecosystem.
• Platform & Vendor Coordination: Lead shared-platform alignment and cross-functional dependency management involving multiple external delivery teams and vendors.
• Process & Flow Optimization: Oversee the implementation and enhancement of end-to-end order and entitlement flows across Direct, Channel, and Reseller sales models.
• Subscription Management: Drive integration and performance across Software Subscription Management platforms.
• Financial Oversight: Account for project financial health, tracking, and governance for multi-million-dollar budget allocations.
• Agile Governance: Facilitate cross-team alignment, release planning, and risk mitigation using SAFe/Agile delivery frameworks.

Job requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge and working experience with the WXP platform (Mandatory).
• Budget Management: Proven track record of managing and delivering projects with multi-million-dollar ($M+) budgets.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Software Subscription Management platforms as well as Direct, Channel, and Reseller order/entitlement architectural flows.

Preferred (Strong Plus):

• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
• SAFe RTE Certification (Scaled Agile Framework - Release Train Engineer).
