What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and pipeline growth. In this role, you won’t just run standard plays, you’ll be challenged to think differently, uncover new opportunities, and launch innovative programs that cut through the noise and capture the attention of our ideal customers. You don’t just fill the funnel, you architect the kind of demand that gets sales teams buzzing. A paid campaign that breaks benchmarks? That’s a fist pump. An ABM play that books meetings with top-tier accounts? That’s a champagne pop. You’re a full-funnel thinker who knows how to build and scale programs that actually move the needle. From paid media to SEO, website conversion to nurture flows, you blend creativity with precision to drive awareness and growth at every stage of the buyer journey. 

  • Own and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy to drive high-quality pipeline
  • Launch creative, multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, GEO, ABM, emails, and more
  • Lead website strategy and conversion optimization, partnering with design and dev to maximize performance 
  • Define and track key campaign metrics, deliver performance insights, and forecast pipeline generation with precision
  • Design and execute ABM programs that creatively engage target accounts with targeted messaging for key personas
  • Leverage best-in-class AI tools to catalyze production of campaigns and deliverables 
  • Map and continuously evolve ICP targeting and segmentation across all channels
  • Create and test non-traditional nurture and reactivation strategies (gifting, guerilla campaigns, etc) to move leads through the funnel
  • Collaborate with Content, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to amplify launches, virtual and physical events, and product updates
  • Contribute to SEO and GEO strategies, including blog content, to grow inbound interest and organic pipeline
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience
  • Native-level written and spoken English
  • A creative mindset with a proven ability to think outside the box on demand generation
  • Demonstrated success with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and website optimization (WordPress, Elementor)
  • Experience with HubSpot, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and reactivation campaigns
  • Experience in the healthtech space – advantage
  • Strong grasp of campaign performance metrics, pipeline forecasting, and funnel reporting
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing / buyer signal foundations (Peer Insights, G2, Demandbase, 6sense, etc), targeting strategies, and lifecycle planning
  • A self-starter mentality with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with a flair for creative writing a strong plus
