About the Role:

As a Content Moderation Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing content within the gaming ecosystem to ensure compliance with safety and behavior policies. You will identify, manage, and report inappropriate behaviors, offensive content, and any fraudulent activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Monitor and moderate content within the gaming platform, ensuring it complies with trust and safety policies, and maintaining an environment free from toxic behavior, harassment, or fraud.

🎮 Handle security incidents, including identifying inappropriate content, offensive conduct, cheating, and other policy violations.

📋 Report on performance metrics, including service levels, productivity, and contact rates, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

🧑‍🏫 Collaborate with the team to provide training and updates on moderation best practices and safety protocols, ensuring all agents have the tools to handle cases effectively.

💡 Provide suggestions for process improvements and user experience enhancements, helping to build a safer and more respectful gaming community.

🔍 Stay up-to-date with gaming security trends, regulations, and internal policies to ensure all actions align with industry standards.

📝 Ensure all content complies with local and international regulations, protecting user data and maintaining platform quality.

💵 $3,420,000 COP + 15% performance bonus b+ 100.000 health bonus

☎ Schedule: Work 44 hours per week with a schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. including two days off per week.

Requirements:

👨‍🎓 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any field

🌟 2 years of experience in content moderation, or digital safety, preferably in the gaming or tech industry

🗣 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish

🔧 Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
