The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our Melbourne team with Commercial Interior Fit-outs. The Project Manager will lead a team of Contract Administrators and Site Supervisors, and will be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead, plan and schedule projects, ensuring safe and to-budget delivery.
• Key point of contact for clients, and responsible for creating a positive and lasting client relationship.
• Provide innovative and creative solutions to design led cost management. 
• Management of all end-to-end financial activities, including management of project budgets, subcontractor claims and assessment, and accurate cost reporting.
• Drive team success, supporting and developing direct reports and others, as required.

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in Construction Management, or similar is essential.
• Ideally 3-5 years relevant experience, with demonstrated experience across the typical range of project stages. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in contract analysis and negotiation, budget preparation and accounts management in the Commercial Fit-out sector.
• Proven experience in Procore, Cheops, IPM, or similar is highly desirable. 
• In depth knowledge of Safety, quality and the environment legislative requirements is essential.
• An interest in developing and mentoring other is highly desired.
