      Primary Responsibilities – Core Business Unit Leadership<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/p>

      • Own and optimize PPC strategy with a focus on qualified lead growth and cost efficiency.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Lead SEO strategy and collaborate on content planning aligned to buyer intent.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Plan, execute, and optimize multi\-channel campaigns across paid media, organic search, email, and landing pages.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking lead volume, channel performance, product categories, and trends.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Pilot new digital tactics and campaigns prior to scaling across other business units.<\/span><\/span>

        Multi\-Business Unit Enablement and Support<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/p>

        • Act as a strategic digital partner to marketing leads and general managers across supported units.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Conduct regular performance and strategy check\-ins to review results and priorities.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Provide guidance on PPC structure, keyword strategy, landing\-page optimization, content alignment, and email strategy. <\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Support product launches, seasonal initiatives, and growth campaigns across regions.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Reinforce global marketing standards while adapting execution to local market needs.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Identify capability gaps and deliver training or frameworks to improve execution quality. <\/span><\/span>

          Direct Ownership of Smaller or Under\-Resourced Business Units<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/p>

          • Manage PPC and digital campaigns end\-to\-end for units without dedicated marketing resources.<\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Partner with local teams to develop blogs, product pages, and email assets.<\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Establish baseline KPIs, benchmarks, and growth targets where none exist.<\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Ensure smaller units operate with the same performance discipline as larger teams.<\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

            Reporting, Analytics, and Performance Communication<\/span><\/span><\/b>
            <\/span><\/p>

            • Build and maintain standardized reporting dashboards across all supported business units.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Track MQL performance against prior\-year benchmarks and agreed growth targets.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Deliver monthly performance summaries outlining results, trends, risks, and recommended actions.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Provide clear, data\-backed insights to marketing leads and general managers.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Maintain consistency and credibility in how digital performance is measured and communicated.<\/span><\/span>

                Experience and Background<\/span><\/span><\/b>

                • 8+ years of digital marketing experience with deep expertise in PPC and SEO.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Proven success driving lead generation and pipeline contribution in B2B environments.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Strong experience executing multi\-channel digital marketing campaigns.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including dashboard development.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Ability to coach and elevate marketers at varying experience levels.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Comfort operating across multiple business units with differing priorities.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Experience within decentralized or multi\-entity organizations.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and conversion optimization.<\/span><\/span>

                • Background in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical B2B markets preferred. <\/span><\/span>
