We are looking for a Trilingual Content Moderation Team Leader to lead a team of Content Moderators supporting an exciting gaming campaign.

Schedule

🕙 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Content Moderators.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and operational goals are consistently achieved.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with content moderation policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, high-performance, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Advanced English (C1).
• Advanced Portuguese (C1).
• Fluent Spanish.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or people leader within a Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics, coaching, and team development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
